Hi everybody! My name is Maggie. I am a hobby photographer located in Ontario, Canada. I am currently shooting with a Canon 90D.

Photography is something that has come in and out of my life since I was a teenager. Most recently, I revisited photography as a hobby in 2024 as a way to bring more art into my life. To me, photography is all about the art of noticing. There is so much beauty in the world around us, and so much of it passes by without a second thought. My camera helps me see the world with intention, and I have been lucky enough to see so much since picking up a camera!

Capturing animals, wildlife, and nature is favourite, and this is where I spend most of my time behind the camera. However, I also dabble in portrait photography as I continue to grow and learn. As a hobby photographer, it is important for me to make sure that portrait photography isn’t growing into a business – I only charge enough to cover basic expenses, and not to make a profit. Keeping photography as a hobby helps me stay passionate and have fun.
